In the unlikely event that you see no results, contact our customer service, return your device, and we will refund 100% of your money, provided you meet the conditions below.
To claim our money back guarantee:
- You must have purchased the Fybelle ICE IPL Handset from our website.
- Test the device for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but no more than 90 days.
- Complete at least 6 weeks of treatments and take a photo of the treated area before each session (6 photos in total with dates marked).
- If you do not see any visible hair reduction, please contact us with your order number, and we will ask you to send the photos to review your claim. We have prepared a template that you can use to record this process. Click here or use the link below to download it.
- All 90-day refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your device.
- All images must have valid timestamps.
- If your request does not meet our return criteria, it will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible requests will not be refunded.
- If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the device (at the time of order), once the device is returned to our warehouse*.
Please make sure to read and understand the detailed user guide. If the device has not been used properly, according to the instructions, the refund will not be approved.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we are not reasonably satisfied with the evidence provided.
Shipping costs and the process of returning the device (once approved by our Results team) are entirely the responsibility of the applicant. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
We advise you to return the device by tracked post. We cannot guarantee that all returned items will reach us unless they are tracked.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed, once it arrives at our warehouse.
