What is IPL?

The acronym IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) stands for pulsed light and has gained popularity due to the many benefits it offers to the user. This modern technology aims to eliminate unwanted hair, slow down the aging process by reducing wrinkles and perfect skin tone by treating blemishes.

The multiple uses of IPL also increase collagen production in the skin, making you glow from the inside out! Due to the diversity of IPL uses and proven results, IPL is a must for anyone who wants to look and feel their best.


How does IPL work?

Like all light-based treatments, C-IPL works by emitting multi-spectrum light into the skin. The light is absorbed by the hair pigments and quickly converts to heat. The heat then travels down the hair shaft and targets the hair follicles responsible for hair growth, putting those follicles to sleep!

With enough treatments, following the recommended treatment plan and settings, visible results can be achieved as quickly as 3 weeks of use. After 12 treatments, you will see full results.

How to use it?

Step 1: Shave the area you want to treat. The goal is to target the melanin in the hair follicles and put it into the resting phase. The hair length should be less than 3mm for a more effective hair removal treatment.

Step 2: Turn on your FYEBELLE ICE IPL hair removal device and adjust the intensity. We recommend always starting with level 1 and gradually increasing.

Step 3: Wear your FYEBELLE glasses.

Step 4: Treat the area by pressing the flash button, or use the automated mode for larger areas. Tip: Flash each area once, then activate ICE mode and flash the area to be treated again. It is recommended to flash up to 3 times per treatment area.

Step 5: Turn off the epilator when not in use.

Step 6: Apply a mild lotion without harsh chemicals or bleaching essence. Apply sunscreen before going out in the sun. We recommend a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 50 or less.


What is the Advanced Cooling feature?

We found that some people couldn't take higher settings on sensitive areas of the body, like underarms and bikini lines, because the skin feels warm to the touch due to their darker pigmentation. These areas tend to have thicker hair that requires higher power to be effective.

This is why installing a cooling plate acts like an ice compress after each flash. This allows for higher settings to be used to target the most stubborn hair follicles and ensure you get the most out of each flash.


Is pulsed light safe?

Numerous global studies have demonstrated the safety and effectiveness of IPL for hair removal. As a result, it has become an extremely popular safe home treatment. We always advise you to exercise caution when treating yourself, as not everyone is suitable for IPL treatments.

Due to the level of melanin in the skin, some darker skin types will not be able to use IPL. The same applies if you have a recent tan. Additionally, we advise you to consult your doctor first if you are taking medications that may make your skin sensitive to light. People with epilepsy should not use this product as IPL has a light flash.


Does it hurt?

Using the device is not painful. Some normal sensations described by our users are a "rubber band snapping sensation" that only occurs in some people (depending on skin sensitivity and pain tolerance) when using a high setting like level 4 or 5.

Now with the FYBELLE ICE, the cooling plate acts like an ice compress after each flash. This cancels out the lingering heat sensation that classic IPL gives. You can choose from 5 power intensity levels. New users can start with level 1 and gradually increase to level 5 depending on their own comfort.


What area can I use this product on?

You can use it on all parts of the body, including arms, legs, underarms, face/upper lips, and bikini line. However, avoid using it near the eyes and on body parts that contain pigment, such as the nipple, lips, tattoos, and labia minora.


Can I use the IPL device to treat tattoos?

You should not use IPL on tattoos. However, you can go around tattoos.


Do I need to shave before using it?

Yes, you must shave the desired areas before using the device. The hairs should not be longer than 3 mm.


How do I maintain my device?

- Turn off your device when not in use
- Do not block ventilation when using your device
- Clean your flash window after each use to prevent hair and dust buildup
- Store the device in a dry and dust-free environment
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or corrosive liquids to clean the product


Is this device compatible with my skin tone?

People with dense melanin are not advised to use an IPL device as the skin pigment may absorb the light energy rather than the hair follicles. Please check our skin tone and hair color chart to ensure you are making the right purchase.


How to power the device?

The Fybelle device comes with a 12V power supply.


Is Fybelle a safe and certified device?

Yes, Fybelle is a CE approved device and has also passed RoHS, FCC and FDA compliance tests.

How do I place my order?

1. Finish adding your items to your cart.

2. Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

3. If you see all the items you want in your cart, you can proceed to checkout by clicking the orange "CHECK OUT" button at the bottom of the page.

4. You can choose to go through our website's regular checkout or through the express checkout options. Please see the express checkout options below.

5. You will be transferred to our customer information page and prompted to enter your details:

Name
Email address
Delivery address

6. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount Code" field. Don't forget to click the "Apply" button so that your discount is activated and applied to your order.

7. Continue by clicking on the "Continue to Shipping" button. Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly.

8. Choose your preferred shipping method. Once everything is done, click on "Continue to payment method".

9. From here you will be prompted to enter payment details for your order.

10. Once the form is completed, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen that will provide you with a summary of the order as well as an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation via email.


How do I know if my order has been sent successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another confirmation email, your Shipping Confirmation Email, which will contain your tracking number and other details regarding the status of your order.


When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of order placement. Shipment will arrive between 7-14 business days after the ship date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize that a shipping delay may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or a transportation delay caused by the carrier's service.


What are the payment options?

We accept several different payment methods, such as some debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

We also accept credit card and PayPal payments.


Why is my tracking number not working?

Please check our Track Your Order page first to see if this will resolve your issue.

There are several reasons why your tracking number is not working.

1. You are using the wrong tracking site to track your order.

Please use this tracking site for orders placed in the US: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_inputIf this doesn't work for you or you are not in the US, please use this tracking site: https://www.17track.net/en

2. If you placed your order less than 5 days ago, it means your tracking number is still updating in the system and needs time to be retrieved. Please be patient, this is completely normal - your order is 100% on its way.

3. If your order was shipped 7 days or more ago and the tracking sites do not show any updates to your tracking number, please contact hello@foryoubelle.com and we will resolve the issue immediately!


What is the delivery country?

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer the following services: Free Standard, Insured Priority and Express. If you require express delivery, please contact us at hello@foryoubelle.com

NOTE: We love to run free shipping events, so keep an eye out for them :)


I have a discount code but I forgot to use it on my orders, what should I do?

Who doesn't love a sale! If you have a unique coupon code that you forgot to enter and your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@foryoubelle.com and we'll be happy to adjust your order :)

However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot honour the discount code as the order is already in transit to you and this would be unfair to other customers.


What is the order cancellation policy?

We accept order cancellation before the product is processed and shipped to the logistics center.

If the order is cancelled, you will receive a refund minus a 5% transaction fee. We cannot cancel the order if the product has been shipped as it is already on its way to you.


How can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us at hello@foryoubelle.com and provide us with the ORDER NUMBER of your purchase and the correct shipping address.

The shipping address can still be corrected if your order has not been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse. If it has been shipped, you can review our Wrong Address Policy to learn how we handle wrong address issues.


What is your policy on incorrect addresses?

We only send the products to the delivery address specified by the customer on our website. That is why it is important to carefully indicate the delivery address when ordering. If you have made a mistake in entering your address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. The delivery address can still be corrected if your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse.

- If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

- If the order was shipped and returned to sender due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the full cost of reshipping your order.

- If the order was shipped and delivered to a wrong address, you may lose your order unless you can resolve the issue with the logistics service or the recipient. We will not be able to refund this order or reship another package.

We ask that you, our customers, understand that we are a small business and every time we have to reship another package, not only are we losing profit, we are losing money.

This policy is not our preference, nor our first choice. However, the easiest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and verify your address when placing your order.
